Vauti Terms of Service

1. What Vauti is
Vauti is a savings tracker. It does not hold, move, lend, or invest your money. Vauti is not a bank, deposit taker, payment service, or investment adviser.
2. Your entries
You record your own savings. Vauti does not check that money was actually saved or paid, and balances shown are only your entries.
3. Group goals
Group goals are agreements between members. Vauti does not collect or enforce payments, and does not settle disputes between members. Each member's share is set when the goal starts. If a member pays more than their share, the other members' remaining shares go down equally. If a member leaves, their unpaid share is split equally among the others, and amounts already recorded stay in the goal. When a goal reaches its target, it is completed and locked: no new contributions, members, or edits.
4. Your account
Give accurate information, use one account per person, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not commit fraud, harass others, pretend to be someone else, or abuse referral features.
6. Early access
Vauti is in early testing. Features may change, data may be reset, and the app is provided "as is" without guarantees.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vauti is not responsible for losses that come from using the app or from agreements between group members.
8. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will ask you to accept them again.
